Chocolate Mug Cake

Looking for a little treat after dinner? This dessert is quick and easy for one.


In a coffee mug combine:
1/4 cup almond meal
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp coconut sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)

Microwave for 2 minutes.
Use a knife to release the sides from the mug.
and VOILA!

Topping: I used melted dark chocolate almond butter. Yogurt is also a great topping.
